Profile in brief The professional will be a part of the senior team of Direct Tax division and shall focus on providing Direct Tax Advisory services to clients. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International). 2. M&A and Transaction Advisory- Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Advisory. 3. Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations, etc. 4. Display Leadership capability by managing client relations, Business Development and growing the division. 5. Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - mainly large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Indicative CTC Range : 40 - 60LPA (Amongst best in industry commensurate with expertise & experience) To Qualify for the Role, You must have 1. Requisite Experience: 10+ years of post qualification experience 2.
