Job Responsibility: Responsible to ensure that the operations team and the sales team is trained on the product and the Brand. Will be responsible for training the partners and the teams regularly. Job Description: - Ensure that the new team is inducted into the brand in the first week of joining. - Conduct operations training and support implementation of regional and corporate initiatives. - Organise regular training sessions for the ops and the sales team. - Conduct training on new product as and when required. - Conduct training on food menu. - Regular training for team on grooming and basic etiquette's. - Ensure high level of skills and knowledge for the team. - Assist is recruiting ops team for new stores. - Prepare periodic reporting - Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduate from a reputed College Experience - Minimum 5-8 yrs experience in training - Candidates Attributes : - Strong organisational skills - Strong drive for results and ability to self-manage - Strong Communication Skills. - Presentable and confident - Passionate about training - Positive attitude and self driven
