We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and enhancing our brands online visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.

- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and manage overall community interaction.

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and improve future campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging tools in social media marketing.

- Support planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media ad campaigns.

Required Skills:

- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.

- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

- Ability to create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, reels).

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of paid advertising, campaign management, and performance tracking.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.

- Ability to work with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic tools is a plus
