Shift: US Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM IST)

Location: Onsite / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)

- Lead end-to-end implementation of QAD EE Financials modules including setups, configuration, and process mapping

- Provide functional support for QAD EE Financials, resolving client issues effectively within defined SLA timelines

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into QAD EE solution designs

- Execute functional testing and support data migration activities during implementations

- Analyze and optimize financial process flows in QAD EE to enhance client operations

- Manage client communications independently, ensuring clear, timely updates on issue resolution and project progress

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and other QAD module experts, to ensure integrated solutions

- Support periodic system upgrades and patches related to the QAD EE Financials module

- Provide training and documentation to clients for smooth transition and adoption of the system

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience

Key Skillsets Required

- Strong expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) Financials modules

- In-depth knowledge of QAD EE General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting

- Hands-on experience in functional setups, configuration, process flows, and end-user support

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues

- Excellent client handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate solutions clearly

- Good understanding of other QAD modules (such as Inventory, Sales, Purchasing) impacting financials in an integrated ERP environment

- Exposure to data migration tools and functional testing practices

- Familiarity with QAD EE system upgrades and patch management

- Strong documentation and training delivery skills

- Ability to work in a US Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM IST) and manage onsite/hybrid work models

Experience Required

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in QAD Enterprise Edition Financials as a Functional Consultant
