About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Manager with expert-level Japanese proficiency to manage Install Base (IB) accuracy, lead customer onboarding, and support end-to-end asset management activities.
This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage complex data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete alignment of customer Install Base (IB) with signed contracts, site locations, and service coverage levels.
- Lead the successful implementation of Asset Management services for assigned customers.
- Manage onboarding of new customers and reconcile Install Base data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, including executing MACD (Move/Add/Change/Delete) activities.
- Provide ongoing IB maintenance and deliver timely updates throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, and Product teams to drive data integrity and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Expert-level Japanese proficiency (both written and verbal) mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the organizations business model, product portfolio, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Hands-on experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of customer engagement experience, including at least 2 years in IB Management, Data Management, or a similar function.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, HAM/SAM are preferred
