Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and proven Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience. The candidate will play a key role in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and client-facing engagements.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR ICWAI OR MBA (Finance)

- 6-8 years of total experience, including: 5-7 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations. 2-3 years of industry experience in Finance & Accounting. Strong preference for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience. Functional Modules Experience


Experience in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules:

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Advanced Collections, iReceivables, Internet Expenses, Treasury, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Contracts, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

Risk Management Cloud Modules:

- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)

- Advanced Access Controls (ACS)

- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

- Financial Consolidation Hub

- Internal Controls Manager

- Public Sector Financials

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in at least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations

Conduct strategy sessions for:

- Data conversion

- Integration and reporting design

- Facilitate architecture, solution design workshops, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)

- Perform application configuration in a client-facing role

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud solutions

- Demonstrate Oracle Cloud value propositions aligned with industry trends

- Support US-based implementation projects (preferred)

Soft Skills & Additional Expectations:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build stakeholder relationships

- Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and confidently

- Self-motivated with strong learning ability and positive attitude

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Active participation in community forums or professional publications is an added advantage

- Proven team player with leadership qualities
