Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cost Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional consulting experience, hands-on configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, and the ability to design and implement scalable costing solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving solution design, resolving complex functional issues, and supporting business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cost Management Cloud solutions.

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, with a primary focus on Cost Management.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Lead solution design discussions and recommend best practices for Oracle Fusion Costing.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to costing, production scheduling, and associated business processes.

- Review Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide recommendations for optimal solution design.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and support integrations with Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Drive root cause analysis for production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user training materials.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional Consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, especially Cost Management.

- Expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Costing modules.

- Strong understanding of inventory costing, cost accounting, manufacturing costing, and production scheduling.

- Experience in solution design, business process mapping, and requirement analysis.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM integrations and collaboration with technical teams.

- Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
