We are looking for an application developer to develop new prototypes, pilots, and production applications using the latest web technologies.   Key responsibilities:   - Design, develop, and support complex enterprise applications.   - Rapidly develop enterprise software based on requirement documents, prototypes, or verbal requirements.   - Work across peer groups to resolve and understand complex technical/design issues.   - Learn and adopt new concepts & technologies quickly and implement them effectively in projects.  Desired Skills and Experience  Knowledge and skills:   - Strong software development experience building web applications   - Experience with web based technologies like HTML, XML, JavaScript & CSS   - Java, PHP or .NET development experience   - Native Applications / Mobile Web development experience for devices like phones & tablets a plus   - Strong Object Oriented familiarity/experience   - Strong UI design and development experience   - Familiarity/experience with software design patterns such as MVC   - Relational database (Oracle, PL/SQL) & Server side development experience a plus   Behavioral attributes:   - Easily be able to work with multiple technologies; ability to quickly learn new technologies   - Ability to deal with ambiguity and change   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Team player with excellent interpersonal skills   Education and Experience:   - B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science   - Experience working in a startup company or a cutting edge product company would be ideal  Experience:11+ Years  Job Location: Chennai
