Ideal Candidate Profile :

Core Background :

- 15-22 years of experience.

- Civil Engineer (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong exposure to brownfield redevelopment, refurbishment, repositioning and expansion of malls or commercial assets.

- Experience with organized retail developers, mall operators, commercial office developers, or mixed-use assets.


- Strong techno-commercial orientation rather than pure construction.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Feasibility & Technical Due Diligence :

- Evaluate acquisition opportunities from a technical and commercial perspective.

- Review existing building condition, structural viability, MEP systems, faade, statutory approvals and capex requirements.

- Prepare redevelopment/refurbishment strategies.

- Assess ROI of refurbishment investments.

PMO & Project Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end project management after acquisition.

- Develop project budgets, timelines and governance.

- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

- Drive cost, quality and schedule adherence.

Commercial & Business Support :

- Work closely with the BD team during asset evaluation.

- Provide technical inputs during commercial negotiations.

- Build financial assumptions around refurbishment cost, phasing and timelines.

- Evaluate leasing impact during redevelopment.

- Recommend optimal development strategy to maximize asset value.

Stakeholder Management :

- Coordinate with leasing, operations, finance and legal teams.

- Manage consultants and contractors.

- Liaise with authorities wherever refurbishment approvals are required.
