Responsibilities: - Provide high-level strategic and analytical support to the MD and senior management team. - Perform thorough analytical research and bring in relevant information for better decision making by MD. - Work with office of external senior leaders to plan agenda & manage their visits with internal admin team and EAs. - Coordinate with leaders and prepare agenda, presentation for the monthly townhall, monthly connects with C-suite and other regular meetings. - Work with the MD to set and drive the company's strategic agenda, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its operating environment, providing insights and recommendations to the MD and senior management team. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization, working closely with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives. - Lead special projects and initiatives as required, driving their successful completion. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the MD is well-informed and well-connected. - Ensure effective management of the MD's office, including budget management, staff management, and other administrative tasks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, tech or economics. - At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and develop creative solutions. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
