The role demands a deep background in product management, data science, leadership skills, the ability to operate in a highly technical environment. You will be responsible for building the tools and platform that form the core of the Fintech product Responsibilities: - Technical product management functions including defining the tactical roadmap, owning the features, issue/risk management, and definition of success criteria. - Driving product strategy and product vision in their respective projects and Responsible for the end to end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch. - Multi-functional team collaboration - interaction with users, designers, business stakeholders, engineers, other stakeholders to understand, gather, define and prioritize requirements. - Conceptualization and detailing with wire framing/prototyping. - Writing user stories and grooming those with design and engineering teams. - Defining the product road map (short term release plans and long term vision). - Ownership of all product deliverables like documentation, marketing collateral, release trainings, external debriefings. - Ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with expected quality. - Certifying the product in terms of quality, performance and design requirements. - Strong understanding of recent & emerging IT trends and technical architecture. - Ability to handle ambiguity and change. - Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills. - Stakeholder management and excellent communication & presentation skills. - Art of negotiation and prioritization. - Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members. Must have: - Relevant experience: 10+ years of Product experience with relevant experience in Fintech and payments - B. Tech + MBA from a Tier1 Institute - Excellent knowledge and experience in building digital platforms - Extensive experience in creating user stories, analytics, stakeholder management, project management, coordination with technical team for development and release - Experience of working in agile product development teams - Excellent knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Figma etc. - Analytical working method and strong teamwork - Mindset: "Digital first", "Customer obsessed" and "Getting things done" - Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.) - Strong appreciation of technology Big Pluses: - Have a strong focus on business outcomes - Are comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders - Are self-motivated and can get things done - Have the ability to communicate and defend your ideas clearly - Have a desire to build products that users love - strong product sense
