Job Title: Client Insights & Analytics Manager, AVP

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description:

The Client and Market Insights Analytics Manager is a Data Scientist role, responsible for transforming internal and external data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on the continuous review of Institutional Cash Managements client, market, and commercial data to derive key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, forecasts, and forward-looking insights that inform business strategy, client engagement, and growth initiatives.

This position works closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Risk, Strategy, and Finance to provide fact-based insights into client behaviour, market trends, and performance drivers.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead analysis of cross-border payments performance (volumes, revenues, margins, corridors, currencies) to define KPIs, forecasts, and actionable insights

- Drive advanced analytics including scenario, sensitivity, pricing, profitability, client segmentation, and market/competitor analysis

- Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights to support business planning, sales enablement, and decision-making

- Design and deliver impactful dashboards and data-driven projections for senior management and different teams within the organization such as Sales, Risk, Product etc.

- Partner across the organization to leverage new technologies, including AI and advanced analytics tools

- Lead and develop a small team, ensuring further capability building in the cross-border payment analytics space

Your skills and experience:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field

- 8+ years prior experience in analytics, forecasting, business intelligence, market insights, or a similar role preferred

- Proven experience in working with large datasets from multiple internal and external sources

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python and experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, or data extraction tools is an advantage

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset

- Experience in leading a team, with a strong ability to mentor, develop, and grow talent
