We are looking for a Senior Lead of Performance Measurement to join our team in Pune and be part of our Operations leadership team in DWS India. In this fast-evolving environment, we are looking for you to rethink and innovate our Performance Measurement service by incorporating your vision of a "Performance as a Service".

Your future area of responsibility is an integral part of DWS' client service delivery with strong commitment to full transparency. The objective of Performance Measurement is to provide an in-depth analysis of investment performance, measured against individual investor benchmarks and precise quantitative data that will be used in further investment decisions as part of an ongoing portfolio management process. Our service scope includes among others topline performance, risk analytics, performance attribution, performance fee for retail and institutional products, composite reporting and PRIIPS performance scenarios.

Performance Measurement techniques are evolving dynamically. Therefore, we are constantly developing additional risk and attribution analysis methodologies with the goal of maintaining the industry's highest Asset Management standards and best practices in all aspects of Performance Measurement. In addition, we are looking for the candidate to be part of the senior leader team for our Pune site.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead the Performance Measurement department in India with diverse teams located in Bangalore and Pune

- Provide high-quality services for our various client segments covering a wide range of different product and investment vehicles

- Build and foster a strong collaboration with the Investment and Product Division to create transparency, support investment decisions and product strategies

- Translating business requirements into appropriate and strategic solutions, leveraging best practices and consistent design patterns

- Contribute to developing and implementing a global Performance Measurement strategy that is aligned to wider business and technology vision and strategy

- Make Performance Measurement in India an efficient and scalable building block in the success of DWS by owning and managing the resources and investments in a forward-looking and sustainable way

- Be a trendsetter and exemplary representative of DWS in the Performance Measurement competency, using your knowledge, experience and network to establish standards and innovation in the AM industry

- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams and act as a role model for entrepreneurial and sustainable actions in a global and hybrid operating model

- Contribute to driving cooperation across DWS Pune site; be part of the local management team.

Your skills and experience:

- Master's Degree in business mathematics or business administration (focus on finance and banking)

- 10-15 years of professional experience in the area of Performance Measurement for asset management products or similar experience in a financial institution

- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, in-depth people management experience

- Experience to work in global organizations with diverse teams and cultures

- High affinity and understanding of technology-based processes and system landscape

- Committed, thoroughly analytical thinker with a strong sense of responsibility, who sets priorities and has the ability to master challenges with confidence

- Strong communication skills, business fluent in written and spoken English
