Your key responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the team - Regulatory Reporting India
- Lead and develop subject matter experts, especially in transaction reporting e.g. EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR
- Establish a strong and valuable team for Transaction Reporting but also for other regulatory requirements.
- Define the strategic direction for regulatory reporting services, ensure ongoing compliance, and implement new regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Legal, Technology, Compliance)
- Drive projects and service delivery in a global matrix organization
- Implement a new target operating model for Regulatory Reporting India
Your skills and experience:
- +12 years professional experience
- Strong regulatory expertise in the asset management and/or banking value chain
- Extensive leadership experience in a senior role within a regulatory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EU regulations (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR).
- Proven track record in managing large teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
