Key Responsibilities:

1. Structuring

- Perform NTA (new trade approval)

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Obtain necessary approvals

- Draft and finalize term sheets

2. Credit Analysis

- Conduct detailed financial analysis

- Work on balance sheets and income statements

- Build and interpret financial models

- Risk management

3. Syndication

- Coordinate with syndicate partners for loan distribution

4. Post-Closure Activities

- Manage loan portfolio

- Maintain client relationships and communication
