Position Description: This position is for Lead, Demand Generation to help drive and accelerate our growth strategies for our AI based workplace safety software and services for our priority industries specifically focused for NA territory. This role requires a blend of experiences including product marketing strategies, navigating ambiguity, ability to cross-collaborate with various teams, and deep understanding and knowledge of the sustainability and EHS markets. You will lead a young and dynamic product marketing team that is laser-focused for generating demand through powerful storytelling, thought leadership, effective go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns, and enablement of our revenue teams. Marketing at Detect is a highly goal oriented and cross-functional where one is expected to partner very closely with all verticals like product and engineering, sales, and customer success. Roles & Responsibilities - You will be responsible to achieve and exceed your targets by performing the following activities. - Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across a variety of channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. - Create and manage content assets, such as blog posts, white papers, and case studies. - Track and measure the results of demand generation campaigns and make adjustments as needed. - Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in B2B marketing. - Lead and motivate a team of content writers, designers and specialists. And ideal person in this role will - Be at the center of Detect Technologies' industry strategy, partnering with the go to market and revenue teams. - Be the expert on the industry, ICP, buyer personas and the industry ecosystem for the priority industries and verticals. - Be able to speak the native language of process industries and understanding the customer journey for NA. - Accountable to positioning and messaging to ensure it is targeted and relevant to the industry's specific situation, pain points, and challenges and avoid missing the mark by either being vaguely horizontal or not speaking an industry's language. - Establish thought leadership through case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases,internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs. - Accountable to design, develop, and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to business goals with KPIs to measure RoI. - Accountable to build targeted campaigns for uncovering both the short- and long-term sales opportunities. - Accountable to build targeted ABM campaigns for uncovering both the short- and long-term sales opportunities. - Understanding of data levers that drive demand for simulation and building targeted campaignsby linking demand generation data to sales opportunities - clearly outlining the product, industry, and the market to be targeted - Analyze competitor's footprint in marketing, analyze the data, and develop action plan to execute campaigns that will deliver differentiated messaging that will resonate with the industry/market. - Provide inputs on new solutions - ensuring digital execution, field marketing coordination and channel/sales readiness - to deliver demand gen in the form of new pipe and helping to move opportunities to close. - Level up sales through enablement and get them to deeply understand the targeted industries. - Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Experience in demand generation. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing. - Proven track record of success in demand generation
