Contracts Manager - Min: 8+ years of experience (Sourcing/Buyer, vendor management & last few years in contracts management) - Contract management, channel partner onboarding: for Service outsourcing, the lesioning vendor for contractual terms and conditions for India, USA, OMAN, and other countries as per requirement. - Procurement of goods, software, cloud, and support service activities (HR/ Admin, etc.). - Compliance with the procurement process as per ISO & SOC2. - Supplier management cell (onboarding, supplier performance, evaluation, etc. - Logistics management for international shipments. - Import-export management and its required documentation. - Packing for international shipment as per compliance. - Checking of compliance Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in any discipline
