Role Summary:
- We are hiring an experienced Sales Head to drive BIM-focused business expansion across the UK, US, and UAE. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with strong BIM outsourcing sales experience.
Experience: 15-20 years
Key Responsibilties:
- Build BIM-focused sales strategies for UK, US & UAE markets.
- Identify opportunities with architects, contractors, engineering firms & developers.
- Own revenue targets and pipeline forecasting.
- Drive international sales cycles end-to-end.
- Present BIM capabilities & workflows confidently.
- Collaborate with BIM Leads for accurate techno-commercial proposals.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Secure long-term BIM contracts & partnerships.
- Lead and mentor sales teams; ensure CRM discipline.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience selling BIM services (Revit, coordination, LOD 300500).
- Proven success in UK/US/UAE BIM markets.
- Strong negotiation & proposal writing skills.
- Deep understanding of BIM standards & workflows.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Existing UK/US/UAE AEC network.
- BIM team augmentation sales experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, US BIM standards.
- MBA or business development specialization (Preferred)

- Quarterly BIM revenue growth
- New BIM client wins (UK/US/UAE)
- Proposal win ratio
- Deal size & profitability
- Forecast accuracy
