We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects, understanding their project needs, and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target architects, architectural firms, and consultants for partnership and sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with architects to present company services, capabilities, and project experience.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to generate repeat business.
- Track project leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to promote the brand and expand the client base.
Key Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven track record in building professional relationships and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
