- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our sales team.

- This senior-level role is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing lead generation strategies with the goal of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- You will lead outbound outreach efforts, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement, and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a high-converting sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:.

Sales Target Ownership:.

- Own and drive lead generation KPIs aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly and timely.

Cold Outreach:.

- Identify, segment, and contact potential leads via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods.

- Develop and test messaging strategies to maximize response rates and engagement.

Strategy & Execution:.

- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across channels (email, social, content syndication, ads).

- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

CRM Management & Reporting:.

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and lead statuses in CRM (e. , HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, pipeline movement, and conversion rates.

Team Collaboration:.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead gen strategies with target audience needs and product positioning.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.

Market Intelligence:.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and buyer behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

- Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role (minimum 5 years), with a record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles and buyer personas.

- Expertise in cold outreach strategies and tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
