Social Media Manager - Political Campaigns
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok).
- Community Management: Build and nurture active online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience with major social media platforms, including their unique features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Content Skills: Strong content creation and storytelling abilities, with an eye for compelling visuals and captivating copy.
- Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
