Key Responsibilities
1. Department Operations
- Oversee daily departmental activities to ensure seamless functioning.
- Ensure targets are achieved consistently and efficiently.
2. Execution Management
- Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and projects.
3. Process Implementation
- Develop, document, and implement SOPs for operational efficiency.
- Continuously refine processes to improve accountability and workflow.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Present departmental dashboards and performance summaries to the HOD.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inter-department workflows.
- Address operational issues promptly and coordinate resolutions.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and drive practical solutions to enhance performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Management or a related field.
