Key Responsibilities :

Technology Vision & Strategy

- Define and execute the organization's technology integration road map aligned with strategic objectives.

- Establish frameworks for AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation across departments.

- Translate campaign goals and communication challenges into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

AI & Automation Leadership

- Identify and integrate AI tools for content generation, video editing, data processing, and live analytics.

- Lead internal AI task forces to experiment, adopt, and train across creative and data verticals.

- Ensure ethical and responsible AI use, especially in political and social impact projects.

Cross-Departmental Integration

- Collaborate with heads of creative, data, operations, and strategy to redesign workflows for tech-enhanced delivery.

- Build bridges between tech teams and non-tech teams; evangelize digital fluency across the organization.

- Oversee tool and platform adoption for project management, collaboration, and campaign measurement.

- Manage vendor relationships with tech partners, SaaS providers, and automation tool vendors.

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of tech specialists, automation experts, AI researchers, and analysts.

Team Building & Capability Development

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of tech specialists, automation experts, AI researchers, and analysts.

- Facilitate upskilling programs across departments to build AI and digital literacy

- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI-assisted creative, data visualization, and content development.

Vendor, Tool, and IP Management

- Evaluate and implement third-party tools, AI services, and cloud solutions as needed.

- Build in-house IPs (dashboards, campaign monitors, visualization engines) for long-term scalability.

- Manage vendor relationships with tech partners, SaaS providers, and automation tool vendors.

Skills Required

- Proven experience in leading digital or tech transformation initiatives, preferably in communication, media, political consulting, or creative industries.

- Strong understanding of AI tools and ecosystems (OpenAI, Runway, Firefly, Midjourney, Tableau, Notion, etc.).

- Demonstrated ability to work with non-tech teams and influence behavioral change.

- Experience in workflow automation, data integration, dashboarding, and content systems.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
