Experience: 8+ years of overall experience

Team Structure:

- Will lead an existing Product Design team of 5 members

- Current team experience level: average 34 years

- Prior people management experience is mandatory

Functional Focus:

- Strong Product Design background with significantly higher emphasis on UX over UI

- Should have experience building consumer experiences at scale
