Design Head - Premium Residential Interior

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead premium residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The role requires a strong design leader who can manage teams, engage with clients, and ensure flawless execution while maintaining the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end interior design for luxury residential projects.

- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and GFC drawings.

- Manage design teams and mentor junior designers.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Lead client presentations, design discussions, and approvals.

- Monitor project execution, quality standards, budgets, timelines, and final handover.

- Drive value engineering while maintaining premium design quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 10 - 15 years of experience.

- Hands-on experience in premium residential interior projects or luxury residential interior projects.

- Experience with reputed Interior Design firms or leading developers or similar organizations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Expertise in project planning and execution.
