Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Supply Chain Finance Sales - NBFC

Role Overview:

An NBFC is hiring a senior sales leader to drive its Supply Chain Finance business with a strong focus on co-lending structures.

Business development and sales:

- Drive acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate anchor clients for supply chain finance solutions

- Originate and close structured financing deals including vendor financing, dealer financing, invoice financing and deep tier financing

- Expand the supply chain ecosystem by onboarding suppliers and distributors to grow the loan book

- Achieve revenue, disbursement and portfolio growth targets

Co-lending and partnerships:

- Structure and execute co-lending arrangements with banks and financial institutions

- Manage partner institution relationships for seamless execution and portfolio scaling

- Align co-lending programmes with regulatory and operational requirements

Deal structuring and portfolio:

- Lead the end-to-end transaction lifecycle from client pitching and term sheet discussions through credit coordination, sanction and disbursement

- Work with internal credit, legal, compliance and operations teams for timely closures

- Provide market feedback to enhance loan management and loan origination systems

- Monitor portfolio performance, renewals and limit enhancements and maintain portfolio hygiene

Candidate profile:

- 15+ years in financial services, NBFCs or banking, specifically in supply chain finance sales, structured trade finance or co-lending.
