Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager - Credit Cards to manage the complete lifecycle of credit card products-from strategy and launch to optimization and scale. You'll work at the intersection of Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience, driving portfolio growth while ensuring profitability and regulatory adherence (RBI-ready, always).

Key Responsibilities

- Own the credit card product roadmap from concept to post-launch optimization

- Define product strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs & business goals

- Manage card features: pricing, fees, rewards, EMI, offers, controls & lifecycle journeys

- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, compliance, marketing, analytics & ops

- Track and improve portfolio metrics: acquisition, activation, spends, attrition, delinquency & profitability

- Drive customer onboarding & engagement improvements (think frictionless, digital-first)

- Run experiments & A/B tests to optimize features and journeys

- Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks & regulatory guidelines

- Monitor competitors and propose differentiated card propositions

- Create PRDs, BRDs, user stories, OKRs & KPIs

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience in Digital Products / Payments / Fintech

- Strong exposure to Credit Cards/ Lending products

- MBA from Tier 1 institutes: IIM / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR / IIT / IIFT (or equivalent)

- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-first product philosophy

- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment
