We're Hiring | DVP/VP Lead, Mobile & Internet Banking

Location: Navi Mumbai, Seawoods

Experience: 10-15 Years

Industry: Banking / Digital Banking / FinTech

We are looking for a young, high-caliber Digital Banking Leader with a strong track record of building and scaling customer experiences on mobile applications and digital banking platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to customer-centric digital product development, preferably with an IIT + IIM educational background and 10-15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Mobile & Internet Banking.

- Build exceptional customer experiences and journeys across mobile apps and digital channels.

- Own the complete product lifecycle - strategy, roadmap, prioritization, releases, governance, and change management.

- Drive digital adoption, engagement, retention, and migration toward self-service digital channels.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives across Android, iOS, and Internet Banking platforms.

- Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.

- Drive platform performance, scalability, security, availability, and overall customer experience.

- Lead cross-functional Agile product teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or Digital Channels.

- Proven experience in building customer-facing mobile app experiences at scale.

- Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, UPI, APIs, and Omni-channel Banking.

- Experience in customer journey mapping, digital adoption, analytics, personalization, and product optimization.

- Exposure to RBI regulations, Information Security, Fraud Risk, Cybersecurity, and Digital Payments.

- Strong Agile product management and stakeholder management skills.

- Preferred: IIT / IIM educational background.
