Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Loan Syndication - Offshore/ECB

This is regrading job opportunity with leading private bank.

Designation: DVP/VP - Loan Syndication - Offshore/ECB

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-15 years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Distribution and Placement of Loans:

- Oversee the whole syndication and placement of foreign currency and ECB to foreign bank branches, DFIs, and GIFT IFSC branches.

- For deal updates, pricing, and closure, coordinate with external lenders and internal origination teams.

2. Relationship Management & Lender Coverage:

- Preserve and grow a robust network of lender connections (offshore branches of Indian banks, gift city branches, and offshore branches of international banks).

- Monitor the sectoral appetite, pricing standards, and credit approval procedures of each institution.

- Communicate with lenders on a regular basis to learn about pipeline opportunities and funding preferences regarding tenor, pricing, currency, fixed/floating, etc.

3. Deal Marketing & Execution Support:

- Write deal summaries, lender teasers, and instant messages for distribution.
