Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Loan Syndication - Bank

About the Role:

This is regarding a job opportunity with a leading private bank for a Loan Syndication role.

Role & Responsibilities:

- The ability to assess credit and financial models on transactions that our banks are considering underwriting.

- Ongoing communication at different levels with external lenders to guarantee prompt syndication.

- Timely preparation of notes and explanations that lenders could want.

- Deal closure, including finance, documentation, and sanctions.

- Working with the Origination/Execution team to organize and carry out the transactions.

- Working both individually and collaboratively.

- Works to organize and acquire debt financing solutions for a variety of scenarios, including government financing, vanilla balance sheet financing, project financing, sustainable solutions, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, financing for acquisitions, real estate, etc.
