- Qualifications : CS / CAIIB / CA / ICWA / LLB / MBA

- Experience : Minimum 10+ years of Relevant Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Regulatory Compliance (Exp in Tranche Mandatory).

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to strengthen our compliance framework and manage end-to-end regulatory obligations across RBI, PMLA, UIDAI, NPCI, CKYC and allied regulators.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day regulatory compliance including dissemination of guidelines, tracker updates, follow-ups and closures

- Manage regulatory correspondence, quality checks and timely submissions

- Present compliance status to Executive Management, Board & Board-led Committees

- Lead end-to-end compliance testing and Risk Based Supervision (RBS) for the Bank

- Evaluate product proposals, vendor agreements and cross-functional initiatives from a compliance lens

- Coordinate internal audits, RBS audits and ensure timely closure of observations

- Manage compliance dashboards, ATRs, testing timelines and regulatory actionable

- Prepare Board/Management Committee notes, presentations and review meeting minutes in coordination with CS team
