We're Hiring | DVP - Regulatory Compliance (Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Vice President - Regulatory Compliance to strengthen our compliance framework and manage end-to-end regulatory obligations in a dynamic banking environment.

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Banking

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling day-to-day regulatory compliance (RBI, PMLA, UIDAI, NPCI, CKYC, etc.)

- Managing RBI inspections, RBS, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting

- End-to-end handling of Risk Based Supervision (RBS)

- Regulatory dissemination, tracking, closure, and stakeholder coordination

- Product & vendor agreement review from a compliance perspective

- Board, Board-led & Management Committee presentations and dashboards

- Compliance testing, internal audits, and timely closure of observations

- Digital compliance and PCOM compliances
