Hiring: Deputy Vice President - Gold Loan Operations

Location: Mumbai / Thane

We are hiring a senior Gold Loan Operations leader for a leading NBFC to drive end-to-end Gold Loan Operations and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Gold Loan Operations - onboarding, disbursement, top-ups, part-payments, releases, closures & auctions

- Drive TAT, SLA, process accuracy and operational excellence

- Manage vault operations, gold custody, appraisal, reconciliation and security controls

- Oversee Customer Service, grievance resolution and service quality

- Ensure compliance with RBI, KYC/CKYC, AML and audit requirements

- Drive process automation, digital initiatives and operational transformation

- Monitor operational KPIs, MIS, productivity and cost optimisation

- Lead and develop a team of 15 - 20 members

- Partner with Business, Sales, Credit, Collections, Risk, Audit, Finance and Technology teams

Ideal Candidate:

- 12 - 18 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

- Strong experience in Gold Loan Operations / Secured Retail Lending

- Hands-on exposure to Gold Loan lifecycle, vault/security, auctions and compliance

- Experience managing large branch-led operations / distributed networks

- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, KYC/AML and audit

- Proven track record in process improvement, TAT/SLA management and automation

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

- MBA/PGDM preferred
