Role Purpose: The role is responsible for implementation of credit risk policies and processes that are in line with business requirement and management of all policies related to existing customer management.
Role Accountability:
- Manage credit risk policy implementation for existing customers
- Review performance of existing customers to give inputs on policy & process
- Identify the process gaps and rectify the same in system
- Analyze the deviation to credit policy on individual case basis
- Create SOPs for the CS, operations, team to manage process related to existing customers
- Provide the system requirements to Risk Infra/IT team from credit risk perspective
Measures of Success:
- Portfolio delinquency as per agreed threshold
- Completion of Critical Projects on Digitization & Automation as per agreed objectives
- Management of policies and processes related to existing customers
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications:
- Basic understanding of market environment and competitor landscape on retail lending
- Knowledge of credit policies and operational processes

Qualification:
- Master's degree in economics, Statistics or Business management
Preferred Industry: Corporate lending in financial institutions, Rating agencies
