Role Overview :

The DVP - Finance & Cost Management will serve as a strategic pillar within our NBFC operations in Mumbai, overseeing the end-to-end financial health and cost efficiency of the organization. In this capacity, you will lead complex financial analysis, drive rigorous cost-control frameworks, and partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to align operational spending with long-term business profitability. By spearheading OPEX optimization and robust financial controls, you will directly influence the company's bottom line, ensuring that our growth trajectory is supported by a disciplined and scalable financial architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the comprehensive financial planning and analysis function to provide actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and resource allocation.

- Design and implement sophisticated cost management frameworks to monitor and reduce operational expenditures across various business units.

- Oversee the financial control environment, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies to mitigate fiscal risks.

- Conduct deep-dive OPEX analysis to identify cost leakages and drive efficiency initiatives that improve the overall operating margin.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline budgeting processes and ensure departmental spending remains within defined fiscal boundaries.

- Manage the costing models for diverse financial products to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining healthy profitability ratios.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Finance and Financial Control, with a proven ability to manage large-scale budgets within the NBFC or financial services sector.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, specifically in interpreting complex financial data to drive strategic cost-saving initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams toward shared financial objectives.

- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and reporting tools to maintain high standards of accuracy and transparency in financial documentation.

- A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA from a premier institute is highly preferred to navigate the technical complexities of the role.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving business requirements and regulatory changes.
