Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head operations of an integrated Stainless Steel Manufacturing Plant covering Steel Melting Shop, Hot Rolling, and Cold Rolling divisions. The role involves full P&L ownership, operational excellence, capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives including M&A.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end plant operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

- Drive production across SMS, Hot Rolling, Cold Rolling & Special Products

- Own plant P&L and deliver topline and bottom-line growth

- Lead capacity expansion and strategic projects

- Drive TPM, Six Sigma, JIT, and Operational Excellence initiatives

- Improve yield, reduce breakdowns, and strengthen preventive maintenance

- Oversee maintenance, hydraulics, and plant reliability

- Drive customer-focused manufacturing and delivery performance

- Lead cross-functional teams and build future leadership

Experience & Qualification

- B.Tech (Mechanical / Metallurgy)

- 25 to 30 years in Stainless / Alloy Steel manufacturing

- Experience in integrated steel plant operations

- Exposure to expansion and transformation initiatives

Level- RL5 / Vice President / Sr. Vice President
