About the Role
Experience Requirement:
- Graduate (minimum 3 years of work experience) OR
- MBA (minimum 1 year post-MBA experience), preferably from Tier 1 consulting firms (graduates from top colleges/universities preferred)
- No specific sector experience required
Key Skills Required (not limited to):
- Market research and research methodologies
- Data analysis and financial analysis
- Competitive benchmarking and industry research
- Desktop research and due diligence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent presentation development skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different sectors
- Willingness to travel across locations as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of project teams and take on task lead / project lead responsibilities when required
- Assist in hypothesis building with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Proactively contribute ideas and insights to improve project outcomes
- Support team members in completing tasks through clear and active communication
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned work
- Assist in business development activities, including preparation of pitch materials and client proposals
