Key Responsibilities
Monitor & Manage Clinical Services:
- Ensure high-quality treatment and patient experience.
- Supervise diagnostic and support departments (labs, pharmacy, ICU, OT, etc.).
- Follow ethical and medical standards.
Revenue & Budget Management:
- Increase hospital income (more patients, efficient services).
- Prepare and monitor budgets and expenses.
Staff Management & Training:
- Guide consultants and medical staff.
- Conduct appraisals and training programs.
- Maintain discipline and standards.
Quality & Compliance:
- Implement clinical protocols and ensure NABH accreditation readiness.
- Conduct audits and reduce non-compliance.
- Supervise medical records and digitization.
Direct Patient Care:
- Continue seeing out-patients (approx. 40/day) and perform surgeries.
- Personally oversee some patient cases.
Interactions
- Internal: With doctors, nurses, admin, HR, and top leadership.
- External: Patients, auditors, medical bodies, and authorities.
Required Qualifications
Education: MBBS + MD
Experience: Minimum 15 years in hospitals, 5 years in leadership.
Language: Telugu-speaking preferred.
