Deputy Managing Director - Sales & Marketing - Pharma

1. Responsible for Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results and formulating and executing the Marketing plan, leading the team in achieving and exceeding goals with strong collaboration with business partners and resources.

2. Identifying opportunities & explore markets, generating leads, and achieving the desired targets.

3. Ability to handle large teams and further scale them up quickly.

4. Strategic interventions to increase the market share and build brands.

5. Responsible for Strategic inputs, KOL Initiative, and Academic initiatives to develop brands and increase market shares, Formulate and execute the marketing plans.

6. Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

7. Monitoring and competition and industry trends, Training & development of people,

8. Preparing techno commercial proposals and coordinating with a business plan and marketing teams.

9 . Reduction in costs, improving salesforce productivity, and market share, and Developing brands.

10. Visit on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with current market dynamics and customer insights.

11. Identify new channels for sales.
