Opportunity for immediate joiners with 5+ years of experience in F&A Domain-(AP, AR, R2R) and has trained people for different process. Location- Mumbai Shift- US Shift Your future employer: A leading BPM (Business Process Management) Responsibilities: 1. Manage Process training for the aligned F & A account including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 200+ FTEs 2. Manage clients and internal stakeholders 3. Create and maintain detailed training MIS and documentation 4. Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations 5. Conduct F&A domain trainings (p2p/o2c/r2r) and need based refreshers 6. Own training governance and ensure audit readiness/compliance for assigned accounts 7. To create and update contents of the process as per the training and process requirements. 8. Drive Continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations 9. Ensure that the training process meets the ISO Compliance 10. Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions Requirements: 1. Commerce Graduate 2. At least 5 years of experience in F&A Domain. 3. Team management Experience- 3+ years
