Deputy Manager - Supply Planning - Gems & Jewellery

Job Details:

- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain vertical for the sourcing business with lead time and DDP as focus.

- Oversee supply planning, replenishment schedules, Inventory management, and SCM related IT requirements.

- End to End responsibility from SFG planning to Indent release & Processing & delivery including Peak Management.

- Coordinate with the central post-production team for warehousing and FG delivery (including MTR).

- Liaise with vendor managers and vendors on target setting delivery timelines, query resolution and allocation.

- Good analytical skills for deep-dive, focused improvement and MIS creation for reviews and reporting.

- Effective communication and coordination with the vendors and key stakeholders.

- Manpower planning & training to the new joiners.

External Interfaces:

- Industry Experts for TOC implementation.

Internal Interfaces:

- Merchandising, Sourcing, NPD & Quality Assurance, Central Warehousing & Logistics.

- Always ensure optimum inventory levels across the value chain: Inventory Management.

- Ensure orders are released on time and as per vendor capacity dynamically: Order Processing.
