Deputy Manager - Supply Chain Planner

The job position is responsible and accountable for the entire supply chain operation from receiving order till delivering that to the final customer destination in such a way that the total cost of entire operations should be minimum without affecting customer production line or schedules.

- Demand requirement planning (DRP).

- Weekly Replenishment Planning for customer and Rough-cut Production Req. Planning for monthly production.

- Order transitioning from one plant to another based on customer norms, availability, fulfillment criticality, production constraints.

- DRP week wise order management (week wise order distribution and cancellation).

- Maintenance of customer specific supply chain metrics parameters.

- Risk mitigation on day today basis to avoid line stoppage and criticality at customer end.

- Dispatch planning and warehouse team co-ordination in case of issue.

- In case of quality rejection, co-ordination between sales, warehouse team and quality team.

- Weekly demand variance analysis and pro-active actions to avoid supply disruption.

- Developing excel based automation tools for other functions as well as for day today working for quick, easy and effective usage of data.
