Role Overview:
We are looking for a Deputy Manager - Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our B2B cashew business. The role will involve generating new leads, managing existing customer relationships and coordinating customer orders with production and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential customers in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Bakery, Confectionery, Retail, HoReCa and related industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers for enquiries, quotations and repeat orders.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for timely execution.
- Receive and monitor customer Purchase Orders and ensure supplies are made as per agreed specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch and Logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
- Track pending orders, dispatches and customer commitments.
- Prepare customer-wise sales, lead pipeline and order-status reports.
- Analyse sales data, customer buying patterns and market opportunities and provide relevant inputs to management.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Sales Coordination / Business Development.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Cashew, Dry Fruits or Food Ingredients will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and numerical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and customer relationship skills.
- Proactive, organised and result oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
- Female candidates are preferred.
