PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assurance - 20%

- Assistance in driving various workgroup/forum, monitoring the actionable of these forums and coordination with various department across the group companies for effective implementation.

- Assistance in review of accounting practices and analyzing the transactions/specific accounting standard implications, as and when arises.

Risk effectiveness - 35%

- Participating in group led risk projects like Cyber and others and assisting/supporting seniors on these projects.

- Continuous monitoring of regulatory changes across the group companies, impact analysis with the help of group companies and plan of implementation by the respective group company.

Periodical reporting & Others - 45%

Preparation of monthly risk dashboard and monitoring of followings:

1. Market, Economic & Geopolitical Risk

2. Monitoring of Debt Investment

3. Cyber Security Risk Parameters

4. FII related flows and impact analysis on a monthly basis.

5. Conduct Risk (Customer Grievances and Employees fraud)

- Preparation of Risk Management Committee presentations on quarterly basis.

- Assistance in performing competitive analysis of lending & insurance entities.

Relevant and total years of Experience

- 1.5-2 years of experience

- Understanding of corporate actions, economy and risk
