Deputy Manager R2R, Need CA OR ICWA ( For a leading MNC, Manufacturing company)  REQUIRED PROFILE:-  EDUCATION:-   CA / ICWA  EXPERIENCE:-   5-7 Years of Post qualification working experience in Consolidation and Reporting Domain including Management and Supervision of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets Activities.   FP&A experience will be preferred  PURPOSE:-. Responsible for Consolidation & Reporting, Controlling, compliance  MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:-  Ensuring compliance w.r.t. Various accounting standards in UGAAP and IGAAP/IFRS.  Supervision of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable team.  Month End Results finalization including Various Accruals, Assessment cycle, Depreciation Run, Amortization and Tax Accruals.   Timely submission of Monthly / Qtrly Reporting Packages to Regional consolidation Team.  Reporting of Function Wise / Category wise Result.  Monthly Warranty, Freight, and Inventory obsolescence Accruals.  Management of TPI (Trade Partner Incentives).  Responsible for SOX Controls and Statutory Audits.  Knowledge of GST and other Statutory Returns.  Monthly Balance Sheet Review and Variance Analysis.  Leading Various monthly reviews with stakeholders.  Variance Analysis - Planning vs. Actual  - SPECIFIC:-  (TECHNICAL,ORGANISATIONAL, INTERPERSONAL)  People Mgt /Team handling  Good Communication  Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Practices (US GAAP)  Knowledge of ME Assessment Cycle   Proficient SAP Knowledge ( FI - Expert, SD and MM - Basic)
