We are looking for a results-driven Deputy Manager - Quality to champion excellence across quality operations and strategic initiatives.
This role demands a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of quality frameworks, a proven track record in analytics-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving business impact metrics, and fostering a high-performance, quality-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and embed a culture of quality across teams.
- Define and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Identify areas of high customer and business impact, performance gaps, and propose strategic improvements.
- Provide thought leadership in process excellence and operational quality.
- Drive Quality DNA initiatives-training, testing, certifications-and lead productivity & analytics projects.
- Ensure team alignment with quality objectives through structured enablement programs.
- Prepare and present analytical insights on critical KPIs and operational metrics.
- Design and manage dashboards to provide a real-time view of performance and trend analysis.
- Enable a structured problem-solving approach across teams.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture, develop countermeasures to resolve barriers to performance.
- Develop and implement mechanisms for effective process deployment.
- Conduct process benchmarking to ensure industry competitiveness and best-in-class performance.
- Analyze current operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies.
- Prioritize improvement projects based on potential risk, business impact, and opportunity.
- Monitor and summarize daily operational metrics to highlight anomalies and areas requiring immediate action.
- Deliver comprehensive insights into short-term and long-term performance, compare trends against targets, and evaluate initiative effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Process Excellence roles.
- Proven expertise in analytics, reporting, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks.
- Experience with dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive change in a fast-paced environment
