Deputy Manager - Purchase - Civil Foundation - Wind Projects

Role & responsibilities :

- CIVIL Procurement (CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC) & purchase of CIVIL BOP essentials for Wind Projects

- Contracts negotiations and management (Negotiation for Cost, Delivery, Warranty, Terms & -conditions.)

Vendor management :

- CAPEX and Raw Material procurement Management

Budgeting & MIS and Reporting

- Spearheading the procurement of civil foundation materials

- Building & cementing relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.

- Conducting research & evaluated new and current vendors to determine suitability of products and contract & pricing negotiations.

- Collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams to develop and negotiate new components, aligning with global suppliers.

- Planning & executing localization of various import parts and reduce the import percentage YOY to achieve localization targets.

- Resolving daily issues by managing invoice discrepancies, replacing rejected materials and missed & late deliveries.

- Leading the advancement of new products, as well as managing and developing suppliers for CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC

- Defining BOM target cost (COGS), managing annual materials budget, tracking material & purchase price variance in line with the defined budget.

- Monitoring and optimizing the supply chain processes to achieve and sustain On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.

- Administering material

Preferred candidate profile :

- Should have exp. in Solar/Wind/Renewable projects

- Should be qualified BE-CIvil
