Deputy Manager - Property & Casualty Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and support the design and implementation of new processes, tools, and workflows.

- Build and maintain a high-performance team environment that ensures exceptional customer service and consistent delivery quality.

- Motivate team members, instill accountability, and ensure achievement of operational targets and performance goals.

- Lead, guide, and monitor the effectiveness and productivity of a team of Process Associates.

- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Interact directly with customers, address queries, and ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

- Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight of team activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 9 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related insurance domains.

- Proven experience in international insurance processes and handling global customers.

- Strong team handling and people management skills with experience leading mid-sized teams.

- Excellent communication, customer management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
