Job Summary:

We are seeking a Deputy Manager - Project Sales to drive business in the Hospitality segment for LED and Professional Lighting solutions in Kolkata. The role involves handling premium hotel and commercial projects, developing specifications, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive project sales of LED Lights and Professional Lighting solutions in Hotels, Resorts, and Hospitality projects.

- Promote products such as architectural lighting, faade lighting, indoor & outdoor lighting, decorative and commercial LED fixtures.

- Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and Contractors.

- Secure product approvals and specifications in upcoming hospitality projects.

- Manage project pipeline, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market presence in Kolkata.

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Project Sales of LED / Professional Lighting.

- Strong network within hospitality consultants and architect community in Kolkata.

- Experience in handling premium hotel or commercial lighting projects.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
