Deputy Manager - Operational Risk Management

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) to identify and mitigate operational risk exposures.

2. Investigate and analyse operational incidents, preparing reports to highlight key insights and future precautions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

Facilitate regulatory risk reporting by coordinating with internal departments for accurate data submission.

4. Monitor and enhance compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

5. Maintain an effective internal risk governance model that aligns with industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in operational risk, compliance, or governance roles.

3. Strong knowledge of risk management tools, processes, and regulatory requirements.

4. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.

5. Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
